Yes. We also acquire occupied properties and plan any replacement building with reasonable notice periods and fair treatment of tenants.
Do you work with brokers?
Yes. Offers from brokers and representatives are welcome, provided there is a mandate from the owner.
How is the purchase price determined?
It is based on location, zoning, achievable floor area and market value. We disclose our calculation so you can follow the offer.
Is a leasehold or partnership possible?
